I tried calling my cell phone and it wont do it, I also tried calling another cell just to see if it were an issue with my provider and it will make the ring sound once and disconnect. Is there a setting I need to change to be able to call a cell? Otherwise no one can call you from either a cell or home phone. The packages vary in price but are a great investment if you call overseas a lot. My girlfriend save over $3,000 a year. Skype state that the calls are free 24/7. Not quite right. Each subscriber is only allowd 6 hours per day on skype using their package. Ample time for anyone really. One can call pc to pc on skype 24/7 hours a day, completely free. I have a question about using Skype. I can use it to make a phone call to like my mother for example but, If someone doesn’t have Skype and wanted to call me on Skype from their phone how would this be done?
