You're right. The definition is temporary and the graphics dictionary file is not modified or created if a new dictionary is associated.

tip part will speek when the mouse is passed over it after WE calls it a
graphic. I press ctrl shift E to label it alt s to save and they will

    Had to do a restart. When Window-Eyes started up and I came back in
    to Windows Live Mail, my graphics were not retained.
    I had updated them and saved them.
    Not good.
    Also Live Mail attaches a business card to my emails. I think I am
