I need help solving a problem I have run into, I just got a new lap top and my husband and I are trying to get WINDOW-Eyes set up on it. I have OUTLOOK 2007 and OFFICE 2010 STARTER on my new computer. The problem we have Encountered is that WINDOW-EYES will read the text in OUTLOOK, but it will not read the text in a word document.
