First make sure OE isn't blocking attachments. By default it blocks them in
the security tab of options. Insert-a does not open OE attachments. Use alt-7
twice to focus the attachment list. Arrow to an attachment to select it.
Press enter. OE will ask if you want to open or save the attachment.
