Hello Everyone:
I am trying hardest to evaluate for screenreader accessibility a Point of
Sale software called Cash Register Express.
The focus window as reported by Window-Eyes CANNOT be reclassified;
however, the mouse window can. It is possible that the opening screen of
this software would verbalize correctly if I can successfully reclassify
the mouse window.
I took a look at the original class and the following was reported by
Window-Eyes:
WindowsForms10.Window.8.app.0.33c0d9d
Hmm, I am a bum at this!! What can I reclassify this window to in order
to make it read correctly?
I'd be willing to connect with someone via the Window-Eyes remote access
if this might be helpful.
System Specs: Windows XP Professional, all service paks installed.
Window-Eyes Version: 7.5.2!
I'm guessing that this POS software might need some minor
scripting/tweaking to work well with Window-Eyes, but I'm not a guru in
that area and I'd rather defer to anyone who wishes to join me in taking a
