I had the same problem when I switched to WE 7.5 and when I wrote to
Support GWMicro I got the following reply which I reproduce below:

We don't see the Eudora graphics under Windows 7 in our OSM. Your
insert-a is the current work around for the problem in the search
box. For google you can use control-k in Firefox to get around it as well.
