Hi, folks.

Compaq Presario S6900NX desktop, XP home SP3, and Window-Eyes seven point
five point three.

I "jumpgraded" from 6.1 pro to 7.5.2 last week-talk about technology shock.
Rather than updating six point one, I removed all Eloquence voices, then
removed WE six one itself, installing WE 7.5.2.0 in its place. I grabbed my
old character, key label, graphics, and exception dictionaries and overwrote
the 7's dictionaries, then breezed through the new interface, setting up my
personal preferences.

One of my preferences is that the WE default table header in verbosity>
Browse mode> Table is set to column or row-global. I made this settings
change and saved the set file.

Reading tables on web pages in IE8 or Outlook twenty oh three, I immediately
observed that when Insert up, down, left, or right arrowing through table
cells, I was hearing neither column nor row titles being voiced. When I
pressed the table rotor hot key once, WE said, "Attribute only." In the
table rotor hot key rotoring order, the setting before "attribute only" is
"no title." I opened the WE control panel and checked the default header
setting in the verbosity> Browse> Table property page and the default header
is indicating "column or row."

The computer has been through several shut downs and restarts and every time
I start a new computing session, whenever I enter table mode and insert
arrow between cells, table headers are not being spoken. A check of the
default header setting tells me the default header in the verbosity> browse>
tables properties is indicating "column or row." Rotoring through the table
header choices using the hot key shows me that the actual setting had
started on "no title," forcing me to rotor to "column or row" manually. It's
as if the verbosity> browse> default header combo box is hooked to nothing.

Has anyone else noticed this behavior?
