It's not unusual for programs to use temp files while the program is
running. This is why you cannot delete it, it's being used by Window-Eyes.

I have a temp file in my temp folder called GWM2A35.tmp. Is this a
part of WE or is it a malicious file? What portion of WE does it
pertain to? The status is shared and it can not be deleted. the
