I think this ap was a proof of concept when window-eyes first started supporting them. Not sure if it was ment to replace system restore. I'm sure GW Micro can correct me if I am wrong.

I can't get the app to run either. I instead get an error, generates a report, and asks me to send it. I think I reported this a while back, but never got any responses.

Hi, I'm running we 7.5.3 on a windows xp sp 3 machine, and I have tried
to start the custom system restore ap, with the default keystroke (
shift windows s ) and nothing happened.
I then changed the combo to the following ( control windows s) and still
nothing happens. Is this a failure on my system or is it a WE problem?
I do have the WE toolbox or whatever it's called installed as well, as
is stated in the notes section of the CSR ap.
Thanks
Keith
