I just set it up under window-eyes 7.5.3 and it's fully accessible. The process of setting up your account is a bit arduous, but once you are through that, you can use your adobe DE account to authorize any protected Epub or PDF. I'm using ebooks.com to test with, but google books should work just as well. Buy your book, hit the download button. It opens in DE and asks for your username and password and off you go.
