Hi Sandra, I think it's possible your address info for the envelope was in a field? If that's the case, and you don't have WE Word verbosity set to read fields to you, then you wouldn't hear the address info.
In this same verbosity is a checkbox for speaking the number of fields on a line; it sounds like your other question about how to stop WE from announcing the number of fields is to uncheck the fields count checkbox in verbosity.
