Hopefully the fix that GW is currently working on for IE 9 crashing will
also fix Firefox. Maybe someone at GW could respond to this.

I have the same problem, but rarely use the printer. Here's my solution.
If somebody sends me a link to listen to, I tab to the link, then take
Window Eyes off and hit "enter". The you tube will play. When finished,
I turn W. E. back on. This always seems to work. If I go to the
internet, with Firefox, I type in the desired address, then take off
W.E. and hit enter. Hope this helps.

*Subject:* firefox locking up on youtube
hi everyone, i know this has been a flash related issue for a wile
now with firefox crashing when trying to play videos on youtube. i
did come across something that might be of help.
when i was using my usb cd/dvd printer i was trying to play videos
from youtube and they froze up immediately. but when i was not
printing, the same video played fine. i am able to duplicate this
problem consistently. even on ie8 it does the same thing. i then
tried it with different videos and same problem over and over. so
what i'm thinking is its possible that this problem is related to
some sort of memory issue. because the printer i use takes up
computer resources when in use, and seems to add to the cause of the
problem and when not in use problem goes away. it could just be a
coincidence
but i wanted to mention it on the list.
