Hello Brice, I use this site to read my credit card statement each month. I went in and checked today and I still have the option of PDF or text to view my statement. I cannot speak for other types of financial accounts.
After logging in, I enter on the name/account number link. Next I enter on view statements. Using the t hotkey for tables, I go to the fourth table and arrow up to the combo box. I make my choice and press change the statement button. Then I go back to the list of statements and enter on the one I want to view. It comes up in the format selected. I hope this helps.
