I've always been able to use control plus d to delete an open message and
start reading the next message. I turned off the preview pain first thing
when I setup wlm 2011 several months back. If I press control plus d when
reading an open message, then turn browse mode off and back on, then we will
read the next open message.

turn off the preview pain.
useing this increases the chance that a virus can be installed because you
do not have the option to delete the spam mail before it is opened.
use only the delete key to delete a message. control delete does nothing for
me. with or without the preview pane being used. with or without a message
being opened.
you can use shift delete on a closed message if it has the error there was a
problem with this message. this will delete the messages that will not
remove useing the delete key only.

Window-Eyes 7.5.4 is Now Available!When I press control plus d to delete
message and read the next message, Window Eyes 7.5.4 will not read the next
message. I was able to do this with 7.5.3. Here's the interesting thing
about this. I can use alt plus right arrow and 7.5.4 will read the next
message.
