Mike and Other Respondents –

Thanks for putting me on the right path for reaching the wineyes.ini file. I
had used Windows Search Companion on my XP desktop to find the config file,
rather than locating it from within the WE menu. I had never gone down the
WE menu path, so this was a good learning experience.

On my Windows 7 netbook, I located the config file with the Win 7 “Find”
routine. Just FYI for other listers: the WE menu path is more simple.

Subject: Re: Restoring Insert Key with WE 7.5.4

Are you going to the WE file menu and choosing

explore profile to find the wineyes.ini? If so

then the line should be in there. If not then

you are probably looking at the wrong wineyes.ini.
