Could it be that dictionaries for your install are not working correctly or 
have settings been altered to reduce keyboard verbosity?

I cannot verify your experiences as I turn many of these settings off anyway - 
hence the questions above.

Hi to Edward and all.  I wasn't saying there's any less stability but rather, a 
loss of certain keystrokes since the newest windows-live upgrade.  What use to 
say Alt C Copy to clipboard, or Control V, Pasted from clipboard - now justs 
the letter i.e., c v and that key interaction is somehow lost  and thats where 
its at.
