Jesse.

In a previous post, you referred to the Thunderbird email program. I thought
you were using that program. Now you're talking about Windows Live. Do you
mean Windows Live Mail? If so, there are set files for that specific
program. The main set file seems to be called Windows Live Mail.set.
Associate that set file with Windows Live Mail. I don't know if set files
also load apps, but if you have the wrong set file associated with the
program, seems to me your icons will all be wrong because the wrong graphics
dictionary is loading. <shrug>.

In the future, will you please include previous posts. This will eliminate
confusion.

Subject: an all important question

Hey guys. So I've been told that there's work to be done regarding
Window-Eyes and its Windows Live AP. Maybe so but here's where it gets
interesting.

Under the Aps menu, it shows I have the Windowslive ap from
Gw-Micro. The key? Its not listed in the running aps. And, under
associations, it has thunderbird attributes associated with the
windows-live ap. So the 2 questions I have after researching this are
this.

Is there any merrit in the fact that, somehow, even though
installed, the Windows-live ap isn't running and-or associated in
filetypes? Thunderbird most certainly is and all the keystrokes work
flawlessly.

Also, if it matters, I found 2 instences of Windows-live helper (the
win-eyes ap) under ap-management. One installed yesterday but niether
is associated or seemingly running. Any help, much appreciated and
maybe, with all this info gleaned, can crack the barrier wall and
restore some semblance of normalcy on the Win-eyes keystroke front. Up
until yesterday, all was great with the world. Thanks.
Jesse
