I don't have a comprehensive list. If you'd rather hold out for someone
to write a script to do what you want, then that's fine with me. I'm
just saying there are solutions today that, while they may not do 100%
of the things you want, can still be used.

could you give examples of some, and I mean don’t give us programs
that kind of work, let say one that fully works with screen readers.
the last time I tried out DreamWeaver window-eyes was having a hard
time reading the tag list, so if you can provide us with programs that
will fully work with screen readers that would help.

Not sure what you mean by that. There are many accessible HTML editors
on the market, from basic text editors to WYSIWYG editors, or
something like DreamWeaver that does both.

NVDA, or any other screen reader cannot use.

Not to say that this shouldn't be done, but there are a host of HTML
editors out there today that will already do these kinds of macro
like things.

I am not on the scripting mailing list so maybe somebody can forward
this to them, but is there a way that somebody can come up with a
script for the HTML coders? what this script should do is allow the
person to press a hot key while in note pad and insert the given tag
or tags that correspond to that hotkey. so for example if I have a
hot key of “control-shift-1” It will insert a pare of heading one
tags like this, “<h1> </h1>”. it could be very helpful for the
coders. thanks
