Sounds like you need to label the graphic for a sent message, and maybe
others if there are other statuses that are not spoken. Mine work
fine. If need be, queue up a message and find its graphic. Label that
graphic "queued." Then send it and then label the graphic that replaced
the queued one as "sent." You can forward or redirect emails and label the
graphics accordingly. If you do this with an email you send and know its
status ahead of time, you will know what to label that graphic.
You can also change the status of an email with the message, change, status
submenu options. The options available for that email will depend on what
mailbox it's in.
