In eset 4 there was.  in 5 the context menu is accessible but not really all 
that usable.
The best option in version 5 is to open the main window.
Then arrow down the tab row to the scan tab.
Then tab over to the smart scan button and press enter.
I have a very crude audio recording that I made describing the nod32 5 layout 
if anyone is interested.  I wouldn't ever go so far as to glorify it with the 
name podcast, but if you can sit through some pauses and false starts and such 
you might find it helpful.  I meant to clean it up at some point but haven't 
had the time.
