IE 9 is different when it comes to downloading files. When you click on the download link, you get the message of save or run the file. You need to press ALT+N to get to the information bar. You should now find the buttons to hit. There isn't a download window so to speak in IE 9. It takes some getting used to, but once you understand how it works it's nice. GO CATS!
