This is because messages are read in browse mode. So you have to set
Screen, Other, Blank lines, to: Say blank. Then set Verbosity, Browse
mode, paragraph, Speak blank lines in smart paragraph mode to: Yes.

*Subject:* Question, why no line spaces in email?
Windows 7 on a Dell laptop
WE 7.5.4.1
WLM
When I get emails, there are no line spaces in-between paragraphs.
If I send an email to myself as a test, and put in line spaces, when
I get it back, there are no line spaces.
How can I get WE to read an email with the correct line spaces shown?
