Janet brandly asks: Today, when trying to do 2 separate easy things, We emitted 3 tones and then crashed. In the first case, I was about to make a formatting change to a Word 2007 document, and in the second case, I was trying to open OE from the desktop. I've sent in 2 error reports, but I'd really like to know what's happening, and most of all, how to stop it. In both cases, everything locked up and I had to do hard reboots.
Janet, This has happened to me in the past month, maybe 8-times. It has happened to others here on the List. It has been reported to GW Micro by me through error reports and mentioned here on the List by several people. GW Micro is mum. They aren’t talking.
