Hi Chris, I know Access Technology Institute sells an e-book on using WE and Outlook 2010, and I know GW had begun to market their own series of e-books for Office 2010 (I don't know if they have their Outlook book available yet). I'd recommend buying one of these, as it will take you through the learning process of how to work with ribbons of Office, and how to do common tasks.
