Wally,
From within Window-Eyes, press Alt-F, F to open the Factory Settings
window. From there, press W until you reach "Window-Eyes Defaults," and
press Enter to re-install them. Close the dialog, restart Window-Eyes,
and all of your settings (including your voices) will return to the
factory defaults.
