I have IE9 installed but don't use it. Instead I use Firefox the latest stable release. If I need to use IE9 I use it via Webbie which uses IE as its engine. Webbie is actually a suite of free, accessible programs written by Alastair King, a blind programmer here in the UK. It's designed really to make internet access easier than traditional means. www.webbie.org.uk.

That is why I do not use I E 9. I hate it so much. I would stick to I E 8.

Subject: Question with downloading files with ie9

Hey guys,
Anyone had a hard time downloading files with ie9?
Here's what seems to happen.
I click on a file, and it seems to bring me to a blank web page, and
you're
forced to hit alt S to save a file. I don't appear to have the option to
wave it in a certain directory, it's forced to go in to downloads.
Any ideas?
