Open the Window-Eyes control panel.
Alt-A to open the App menu.
Enter or right arrow on App management.
Type D or cursor down to Add/Remove apps.
This will list all installed apps on your system.
Alt-U or tab down to the Check for updates button.
You'll be presented with a list of all available updates for the apps on your system.
You can select those which you want to update or just select update all.

Tom

I thought there was a way with app-get to check all installed apps for
updates and report on those with updates available. I looked at app-get
and did not find where one goes for an update check for all apps
installed. Could someone remind me of the appropriate shortcut to
accomplish this? My apologies for inflicting my increasingly common
senior moments on the group.
