Yes it is. But I have had the same issue on one of mmy machines when I was
running 7.2. If I'd wait till it had finish booting I could usually tap on
the tab key and it would start speaking. Of course I know that's not the
proper behavior. Maybe one of the guys from GWM will chime in and tell us.

I am running WE version 7.2 on a windows 7 machine. Under the startup
options I have the following checked. Startup Window-eyes at the login
screen, Run Window-Eyes for all users, Run Windwo-Eyes for current user.

problem is Window-Eyes doesn't speak automatically. Are these the correct
setting?
