Hi,
You can set it to automatically check spelling before sending email.
alt t
arrow up once to options
control shift f
type composition and enter
then left mouse click
tab once     and arrow until you hear spell check
then tab  once and check spell check before sending email
then enter
note
while spell checking you can send the email by pressing alt s
