Hi,
Do you have 64 bit windows? If so you need to install a copy of
Jaws to get the drivers.
If you have 32 bit windows, I'd check your device manager and see
if the driver is installed correctly in there. Also when you select the
display in WE you have to specifically select USB in the ports list.
