Try the F7 key. It comes in handy when I need to delete stuff out of Itunes.
Remember to synch the IPod when your done.

Is there an easy way, using Window-Eyes to get around in iTunes so I can
add or delete files on my iPod? I keep getting lost on the screen. There
seems to be an awful lot of lines and tabs and I am getting a bit
overwhelmed. I can't find everything on the mouse screen that I am
supposed to be able to find. Thanks for any help.
