You can manage lists on the mobile site, but you have to do each
individual separately. If you go to the person's profile, there will be
a link called manage lists. when you click on it, you will be brought to
a page with check boxes for which lists that person should belong to.
Unfortunately, the only way to manage lists otherwise is on the main
site, and last time I tried, I eventually gave up and got sighted help.

mistake of adding 30 friends and was deluged with about 500 FB
notifications via email. I need to remove several friends from the
close friends list, and Facebook Mobile help is no help at all. The
problem is compounded by Window-Eyes going to the top of the page
every time it refreshes, forcing me to find my way back to whatever
has changed on the page. Does anyone know a trick for editing a list?
