What's the virtual cursor?

That's the government for you. I went there using Firefox and pressed Enter on the button, then tried the spacebar, then tried to find the blasted thing with the mouse. I had no better results than you. I was able to get past the button by putting the virtual cursor on it, pressing the context key, and choosing open link in a new window. Shift-F10 does the same thing, by the way. After I got past that, there was a link called find a doctor. Redundant, right? That's the government for you. I clicked on the link using the Enter key and a page opened up with a Table with radio buttons where you choose your state. That's as far as I got; I'm about 14 years from Medicare. I'm sure the context key approach will work in IE 8 as well. Hope this helps you; if not let the list know. When I go to the website called www.anthem.com/medicare and try to click on a button called Find a Doctor all I hear is a soft click sound and nothing happens. I tried to click it with the mouse but the button would not focus using the insert-plus cursor to mouse command. Any ideas as to what this means and is there a solution? Thanks.
