All the setup information you mentioned in this and your other message is correct. Without getting into the details, suffice it to say that most of the programs you install will be in the Program Files (X86) folder, e.g. Firefox, Thunderbird, Skype, Adobe Acrobat, etc. W7/64 runs the 32 bit version of Internet explorer by default. And if you read the installation guide for Microsoft Office 2010 they strongly recommend installing the 32 bit version unless you're accessing large data bases and/or under a few other specific circumstances. 100% true 64 bit code often offers no gain and requires a bigger footprint for programs that gain no advantage from it.

Tom

Ok, i was told that window eyes will install on a 64 bit version of windows?
So shouldn't it install in the 64 bit program files?
Instead of the programfiles x86 path?
If this is the case what do i do to fix this to make window eyes go into
the correct program files?
Please advise.
thanks.
