I've had very good luck with a business named E-microphones at http://www.mymsspeech.com/
The owner, Marty Markoe, was more than willing to help me find what I needed when I emailed him from the link on his web site. He carries all sorts of microphones and headsets. Obviously I imagine that such headsets have two seperate connectors, one for the telephone system and the other to be connected with the computer headphone jack. I know that such specialized headsets exists, but I have no idea from where can be purchased or ordered. Can someone guide me with some details please? The telephone system that she is using is an alcatel, and the receiver uses RJ11 connector.
