Hi, Jed and All. Might there be a toolbar that was installed without your knowing it? Sounds familiar to me. Suggest you go into Control Panel/Add/remove, and look for anything like a toolbar (e.g., Ask). Sometimes Google installs its own toolbar on along with another program (I think RealPlayer might be one of them). If so, need to uncheck that option if you find it.
