Yes, but only by using a software package such as BootCamp, VmWare Fusion, or Parallels. Once you install one of those packages, you run whatever flavor of Windows (XP, Vista, or Windows 7) as a virtual machine. Then you can run Window-Eyes. Hope this helps.--Matthew Chao
