First you have to disable direct 2D and graphics acceleration.
Here's the GW knowledge base article on how to do this:
http://www.gwmicro.com/Support/Knowledge_Base/?kbnumber=GWKB1127

If you're running the TB Enhanced script it should put you in your in-box or whatever the active mailbox is when you load the program. If not you have to Shift-Tab once to step up into it. If you're not in your in-box Shift-Tab again and you should be in a tree view with your account name and all the available mailboxes. cursor right once if it is closed and then down to your in-box. Then Tab down once to go into the list view of that mailbox.

To read a message simply press Enter. It should open and read automatically. To close it and return to your in-box just hit Escape or Control-W.

Control-N will create a new message.
Control-Enter will send it. You will return to your in-box after it is sent if that's where you were when you hit Control-N. If you decide not to send the message you have to hit Control-W in order to close it. Escape will not work. You'll be prompted whether or not you want to save the message.

Tabbing while in the main window should just rotate between the active mailbox, the active account tab control, and the tree view of your mailboxes.

Tom

Hello list,

Okay, I installed thunderbird correctly. But I cannot find my inbox. And
if I am in a message, it’s a struggle to get back to the inbox. Can
somebody please contact me off-list?
