When "top bottom" indexes are turned on and there is no item in the
folder with item view highlighted, Window-eyes use to say "top /
bottom," to indicate that nothing is there. Now, what happens is
that when arrowing in the "item view" pane, nothing is spoken at all.
Is this expected behavior?
