I have noticed that when browse mode automatically turns off, either by tabbing to a control, or by it automatically being focused on a control, such as with google, if I press escape to turn browse mode on W-E generally behave as it should, keeping focus, etc, but if I press control+shift+a, browse mode losses focus or I have to alt+tab away and back to get it to work correctly. I'm using Firefox 16.02 and the W-E beta on a Windows 7 64 machine. I don't use IE often enough to say if the same occurs there. It isn't a big deal if I remember to use escape, but I'm so used to the control+shift+a.
