I fixed the problem by making sure that all levels ofpunctuation were on for both the screen and keyboard areas for Microsoft Word setfile. I also make sure that all settings were program specific and not global. This solved the probem from within the MSWord setfile. I hope that this helps the GW Micro Staff and all the users on the list with Window-Eyes.
