Hi all. I am using a Dell Xps laptop running Window-eyes 8.0 beta 2 under
Windows 7 home premium 32 bit. I know that the issue is not related to
Window-eyes, but I am unable to play any of the Guess What mp3's on this
computer.
When I select a particular Guess What mp3, after pressing enter the page
tries to load. Within about a minute, a Windows 7 error chime sounds, and I
receive the following error: Quick Time unavailable, initialization failed,
followed by zero. Please make sure Quick Time is installed correctly. When
I checked under programs and features, it shows in the list. How do I make
sure Quick Time is properly installed short of removing and reinstalling it?
