Hi All, Thank you to all the responses about upgrading Firefox. I had resisted because the updater told me the WebVisum add-on would not be supported <big smile>!
Anyway, I'm now on FF 16.02, WebVisum appears to be running, and I'm not getting the Crash Report! Now for some more testing.
