Hi Brice,

Well, I asked this question recently, and was told IE9 is preferable, except
for very rare web sites where you find yourself having to move the mouse
cursor around to read or click on something particular.  In such cases, IE8
may still be preferred; however, if you aren't using any such web pages,
then IE9 seems to be the browser of choice I was told.
