Yes, while it's a bit different i have to disagree with iTunes 11 not being blind-friendly. Unfortunately the menu bar no longer speaks, but i'm sure this will be fixed soon. if you know the keystrokes you can still do everything you could before. I have noticed that in the sourcelist that now you must press enter on an item before it activates. That's a bit of an extra step, but it insures that you really are where you want to be.
