The compact voices are extremely tinny though.

It is $39 for all the voices in any given language, or, in our English
speaking mostly country, it is $39 for about 49 choices in voices, as
I count them right now considering the variants of each one of the
voices, from compact to premium high, which is 5 choices per voice.
The compact voices are extremely responsive, and you can change the
pitch as well, however the other 4 you cannot change pitch, and tone
makes no difference.
as I have the list, and all of these for $39:
There are 20 of these so far.

As you see the Irish and Scot voices are only in the premium version
as of this writing on the thirteenth of December, but . . . you never
know what will be added to English.

Steve, let me see if I understand this correctly now. You get all
these voices in the $39 package or is it $39 for each of the voices
in that package?

Greetings,
Yes; if you buy the English voices, then you get all of them--
US, UK, Indian, Irish, Scottish, Australian, and South African.
The voices are authorized to you and not your computer. Thus, if
you have Window-Eyes installed on multiple computers, you can
use your voices on all of them.
Regards,
Steve
