I Emailed my issues to Learning Ally. I was surprised to receive a call about them thismorning. The lady told me that the majority of users on their site are JAWS users. She is aware that Learning Ally Users are having problems logging into the web site. I believe I was her first Window-Eyes user, though I don’t remember how she worded it. She said that they know NVDA does not work. I explained to her that we often try other screen readers if available. I also stressed that I had tried both IE 9 and firefox 17.01 and could not log in. She told me that they would be half-staffed the rest of the week, but would get back to me as soon as possible. I also stressed that I had no such problems before they changed their web site. All this is to say that thosed of you having problems with Learning Ally should contact them. It is quite possible that GW staff may have some comment onthis after Christmas.; If you reply to this message it will be delivered to the original sender only.
