Hi Dave. IE 9 doesn't present a dialogue when you download. You have to hit ALT+N to get to the options of run or save.
There are two other things to mention about downloading. In IE 9 hit CTRL+J to see the files you have or are downloading.. IE has a default folder where they go. I can't remember where it is, because I changed it for my downloads, and this leads to my second pointer. In the CTRL+J window there is an options button. Hit this and you can change where the files will download. If you have any other questions let me know. Oh yeah, IE 10 works the same way as 9, plus Window-Eyes is a bit more stable with it, at least it is on my PC running the latest version of WE and Windows 7 64 bit home premium. If you have any other questions let me know and I'll try to answer them. GO CATS!
