I am also using Win7 with WE 8 and *I am having exactly the same
issues. Sometimes the pauses last a few seconds and on other
occasions, particularly in Internet Explorer, after a couple of
minutes I have had to reboot. Support have told me "
There are certainly some stability issues with Window-Eyes 8, and
we're working hard to resolve them".
