I've had a rotten week so far. I had my email address hacked and had to change
all my passwords. On my XP computer and running window-eyes 8, when I get to a
secure password text entry box, I cannot enter in a capital letter using the
shift or even the caps lock key. When not in these kinds of fields,
window-eyes performs as expected.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Lastly, is there a way to return all factory settings to their defaults in one
fell swoop? Wile looking around to see if there was anything in settings that
I may have accidentally changed, it occurred to me that if there were a way to
return all window-eyes settings to the way they were when I first installed it,
that this would be great.

Regards,

Alan
